At Oikos, we believe the next generation is not just the future of the church—they are the church today. From infants to college students, our vision is to see them grow in Christ, develop a lifelong faith, and experience the church as a true multigenerational family.
We’re committed to building intentional pathways of formation into the image of Jesus Christ for our kids and young people. We’re after life-long faith and discipleship.

Faith formation happens through moments—the daily and weekly rhythms of following Jesus—and milestones—memorable occasions that propel faith forward. Our Next Gen Pathways Team is dedicated to developing these tools so every stage of life receives what’s most needed for spiritual growth.

The Oikos Formation Framework illustrates how a person is formed over time. Our aim is to cultivate a Christ-centered identity by focusing on five overlapping components:

Story – the beliefs and truths they hold

Community – the relationships that influence and support them

Activity –the habits, practices, and experiences they engage in

World – cultural, physical, digital, and spiritual context they live in
