Oikos Go

In Memphis, to the Ends of the Earth
Oikos Go is how we live out our faith beyond Sunday gatherings. It’s about joining God’s mission in Memphis—serving our neighbors, investing in the community, and seeking renewal in our city.

At Oikos, everyone has a part to play. Unlike many churches where a few people serve, at Oikos all of our partners serve on a ministry team—usually about once a month—as a way to bless others. Whether it’s welcoming guests, leading kids, brewing coffee, playing music, or running tech, our teams are how we serve one another in love and hospitality. It’s one of the best ways to get connected and grow as a disciple. There’s a place for you!
Ministry Teams

Our Oikos Groups don’t just meet—they go. Each group serves the city in practical ways about once a month. You’ll see them volunteering at schools, supporting local nonprofits, delivering meals, or organizing creative ways to love their neighborhoods. These rhythms help us become the kind of church that lives like Jesus—right where we are.
Oikos Groups

Once a year, we dedicate a Sunday to serving Memphis together as a whole church. We've partnered with schools like Perea Elementary for beautification projects and welcomed our new neighbors with gift packs and prayer. It’s powerful to see what happens when the church shows up—not just in a building, but in the city.
City Serve

The Table is a campus ministry at the University of Memphis founded in 1968 and now led by Oikos Church. This ministry exists to make disciples of college students and young adults. We're praying and working for a renewal of young adult faith in Memphis and the Mid-South. Our work at the Christian Student Center relies on the generosity of donors and churches who share this vision.
